Located in the town of Newport are plenty of museums and art galleries, from the Classic Boat Museum with sailing boats from the 1800s on display, to the Quay Arts with wonderful ceramic, painting and sculpture collections. There is something for everyone in Newport, with an array of shops, bars and restaurants, and lively nightlife for the younger generation.

Newtown is a charming hamlet that makes for a wonderful and serene break for those looking for a seaside break on the Isle of Wight without the bustling vibe of a city.
