Ventnor is home to the Ventnor Botanic Gardens which houses plenty of exotic and subtropical plants, due to the perfect temperatures of this area. It makes a wonderful afternoon out for those who want to see something a little different, and there is also the Garden Café if you want a bit of a bite to eat before or afterwards.

Niton Undercliff is one of the most naturally stunning places to visit or stay in on the Isle of Wight. Facts about Niton Undercliff

The walk down to St Catherine's lighthouse is easy and a nice thing to do on a sunny day. The land belongs to the National Trust. Park along the end of St. Catherine's Rd. where there is space for a limited number of cars at the side of the road.

Buddle Inn is a 16th Century Inn that sits on St. Catherine's Road. It hosts various events. It has a beer garden in the summer and open log fires in the winter. Good food pub.
