Places to visit near Norton - ISLE OF WIGHT

Norton is a small hamlet located close to the north western coast of the Isle of Wight, near the port of Yarmouth. With stunning views of the nearby yachts sailing by, comforting sea breezes and warm, bright skies, renting a self-catering cottage in this area is a great idea if you want to visit a quieter part of the Isle of Wight, or if you want to explore the north coast in depth. Overlooking the Solent, which is the body of sea that separates the island from mainland England, you will be inspired to just completely relax and unwind, and you will feel the stresses of normal day-to-day life floating out of you.

Norton is quaint and rather small, but those who love walking will be spoilt for choice with stunning scenery to ramble through. There are dense woodlands and copses close at hand, as well as coastal paths and the harbour, and a stay in this hamlet makes for a very romantic one. If you are holidaying with your loved one, then the peacefulness and tranquillity of Norton makes for an excellent choice to spend some time together on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

Warner holidays for adults (generally middle aged and over) have a holiday resort just north of Norton at Norton Grange and provide employment in the area.
